Portable by design

        
No compiler, native terminal mode, package manager, or FFmpeg is required. The site is static and all execution happens locally in the browser.

      

      

        
Keyboard-native

        
Arrow keys are translated to the same escape-byte sequences seen by terminal programs. A standalone ESC is still distinguishable without busy-waiting.

      

      

        
Two audio channels

        
The shared sound address and independent channel 1/channel 2 playback map directly to the Web Audio API, so overlapping sounds work across modern browsers.
